•Vintage Realistic Stereo Cassette Adapter for 8 Track Players. •Catalog No. 12-1875-A. This is still brand NEW in the box and has never been used. The box is still in very good shape and the adapter is brand new. No damage of any kind. •I also have the receipt (which will be included) where it was purchased from Radio Shack in Napa California in 1987 for $37.05. It was a fairly expensive gadget for that time. A fun little extra to have with it.

4cassiegrace @ajbadiu Hi, it isn’t a stand alone player. It is an adapter that turns any home or auto 8 track player into a cassette player. So it doesn’t have to be used just in a car, it can be used in other 8 track players. Thanks for asking!
