Vintage Rare Anime Girl Tee

Adorable anime girl baby tee. Brand is Forever21. The size/material tag is too worn to read please go by measurements for the best fit. I've had this for well over a decade. It does show wear. The print is cracking and there is a small hole where the tag is sewn on and a small faint (bleach?) spot on the back (pictured).
