Vintage Ralph Lauren Silk Skirt

Beautiful skirt. Size 6 Lined 100% silk shell Navy and white Runs true to size I want it to sit higher so I need a smaller size, I am typically a 2 and I thought it would run small bc it's vintage but it's definitely true to size! Waist is scooped a touch so it measures right in between 14 and 15 inches.
