Vintage "Rag" Pleated Striped Skirt Size 10. This vintage skirt is in excellent condition & is a rare find. It is a flowy skirt with all of its beautiful pleates. Machine Washable. You will be the only person to wear this skirt. This pattern hasn't been available in years. See photo #6 to see vintage label & there is minimal shine at the bottom pleates due to dry cleaners ironing.
