This gorgeous short sleeve navy blue dress has thousands of slightly raised shimmery embellishments (1st photo shows accurate color & shimmer/2nd photo shows the silver embellishments), removable shoulder pads should you desire and surprisingly lightweight. I wore this dress once to a very special occasion and it was definitely an eye catching piece! 19” from underarm to underarm, 8.5” from neckline to sleeve end and 52” from shoulder to hem. Beautiful vintage condition-no stains or holes. I use at home dry cleaning kits-no need for expensive dry cleaners.
