A vintage blouse by R& M Richards by Karen Kwong from the 80s era It has a lovely set of decorative buttons and a lace front that is sheer with additional attached crochet lace Blouse has shoulder pads and is 3/4 length sleeves Cream color Size 14P Made in USA *please note there are some light discolorations on collar and on front near buttons as indicated.
