Vintage very nice condition navy blue and white polka dot dress. Sheer polka dot overlay on a solid navy blue. Flutter sleeves. The waist on the back. Classy and elegant. Size 8. 100% polyester. Side zipper closure. Chest measures 18 inches. Waist is 16 inches. Length from bottom of waist down is 31 inches. Length from top of shoulder down is 47 inches.
