Vintage R.E.O. Originals Polka Dot‎ Dress Size 8

Vintage R.E.O. Originals Polka Dot Dress Size 8 Shoulder pads some discolor around the back of the collar and pits (see photos). I’ve thoroughly inspected this dress. I see no other stains/discoloration but there could be as this is a vintage piece. Waist 14” Pit to pit 19” Length 45 1/2”
