Vintage REI rain jacket

XL vintage REI raincoat. Teal raincoat with yellow and blue lining details. Vents at back and armpits. Snaps and zipper. This coat is in fair condition - splits/tears in both armpits and scuffs on jacket. Additional signs of wear on cuffs, zippers, and snaps. I’m usually a medium/large in outerwear and this fits me well - definitely loose. I do find the arms to be quite short, I’m 5’1” and petite and these sleeve fit me well. Measurements are approximate.
