Soft polyester shell, water repellant. Two zippered hand warmer pockets, one inner pocket for phone or music plate with headphone cord slot. Windproof to 60 mph. Drawcord hem to adjust fit. Size small: 20" chest; 23" front/25" back length. Minor wear on the back of the collar as shown but otherwise in great shape.
