Horace Small Apparel Co R & R uniforms Ladies L. 29" long from top of shoulders down, 23.5" across chest. Toggle drawstring waist, zippers on bottom of both sides. Snap off hood. Snaps and zips. Fully lined. Has a bit of fading and a few dark spots. A patch has been removed, and you can see the fading on sleeves and other parts of jacket. Ribbed collar is faded. No holes or tears, still a great jacket for work or play!
