Vintage R & J Dolman Sleeve Orange Size S Shirt

I am thinking this is 80's style but not sure. I couldn't find a lot about this brand. This shirt is in amazing condition. 100% polyester made in the USA. Size small with a bust measurement of 40 inches and a shoulder to hem measurement of 23.5 inches. This orange shirt is a Dolman pattern with a pleated front. h67
