Vintage 100% cotton velour jumper in rich black features quilting at the bodice and a full gathered skirt. 100% cotton velour Quilted bodice Button-secured shoulder straps Gathered skirt Labeled size 3T; measurements in photos Good condition for age and some minor sun fade in the folds of the skirt; please see detail photos. Note that there are some indentations in the quilted grid that may at one time have had buttons attached, but if so they were long gone by the time it came to us!
