Vintage Quilted Children's Jacket

Vintage 70s/80s adorable home made quilted children's jacket. Has plastic red buttons, full lining and cute patch on one of two little pockets on the front. The fabric pattern is small orange and yellow flowers with blue leaves on a brownish yellow background. Jacket chest measures 13" and length measures 22". I would say probably a modern size 3-4t.
