This is a Vintage Quartz Japan Stainless Steel Silver and Green Enamel Women's Watch with Cheetah Charms. There are a bunch of different teardrop-shaped charms in orange and tan to make a beautiful design The back of the watch reads "Stainless steel back, water resistant." The watch has a toggle clasp with two different places where you could close it. Approximately 8 inches or 7 inches around. The watch face is about 1.25 in thick The watch's battery is out, so you'd need to replace it if you want it to tell the time.
