Vintage Pulse halter neck dress with A-line silhouette. Black body with pale lime green contrast color trim and netting lining. Zipper at back. Fabric has a nice stretch to it which allows it to sit on the body nicely. Size small. Made in the USA. Halter neck was neatly altered by the original owner. See photo for close up.
