Made in California! Vintage Pristine circa 1955 Franciscan Earthenware "Trio" Bread Plate Set Of 6 Up for sale are 6 Authentic Mid-century Franciscan bread and butter plates. The pattern is called "Trio" and features simple drawings of abstract flowers with brown tinted leaves. The pattern was in production from 1954 to 1958. Plates are in pristine condition. No cracks, crazing or chips. Dimensions: Rim diameter: 6" (from flat side to flat side) This set is unbelievable and vintage pristine! As clean as the day it was purchased. My uber chic aunt purchased this set in 1956 She had the best of the best MCM pieces. She lived in Palm Springs, so this pattern was perfect for her decor. But here is the nuttiness...she never used it. My aunt had so many dish sets. They were all packed away securely. She always said she was going to use them but never did.
