Vintage Primitive Folk Art Rag Doll, Made With Vintage Fabrics with Doll Stand

This is a vintage handcrafted primitive rag doll, made by Barbara Vickers, purchased from her in Charleston, SC early 1990's. All visible components are vintage, buttons, fabrics, stitchery. Her smock has some discoloration on the crochet and spots on the stitchery as they are part of the vintage original fabrics used. This doll is named Casey, she is made in the traditional style of the early 1800's. She has been on display in my daughters doll case, she has not been played with. We are a non smoking home. From her button eyes to her pantaloons the attention to detail is amazing. She is approx 22" tall X 20" wide tip of of one hand to other Approx 5" deep.
