Vintage Premise Black Surplice Front Wrap Rhinestone Top

Beautiful black wrap blouse by Premise Features a raised neck with a surplice front. Long sleeves with rhinestone accents on the cuffs. It has a built in cami layer. Slinky, drape fabric. Very flattering fit. Fabric - polyester, spandex blend Size medium, with lots of stretch. Condition - GUC, minor flaws, see pictures. It has light marks around the neck, possibly iron marks. The larger one on the back is very hard to see. Flat measurements Bust 18.5"+ Waist at hem 20.5"+ Length 25"
