Vintage Prairie Dress Blue Bird Print With Lace Trim S

Adorable vintage 70s high neckline prairie peasant dress with lace trim on shoulders and neckline. Navy blue with what looks like polkadots from afar, but are tiny flying bird silhouettes. No size tag, so please see measurement photos. I've tagged it as small based on measurements, it does fit me, a medium; fabric has some mild give.
