Vintage Pottery Wind Chime Happy Face, Brain, Feet Clapper

Vintage pottery wind chime. I believe it's terra cotta. Happy face with big eyes, the very top is shaped like a brain and the Clapper is his feet. Suede piece for hanging. There is a sticker on the inside that says "Tennessee 1979 or 78". There is a chip on the bottom edge of the chime. 6" tall body 2.25" tall feet 8.75" long suede 4.25" wide base of chime 11 oz
