Vintage Porcelain Painting Artist Angel With Palette in Gold Trim Made in Japan

This is a beautiful vintage porcelain girl with wings a raspberry beret and a gold-trimmed palette. She holds a paintbrush in her hand. She is approximately 3-4" high. The figure has some little black spots that are barely noticeable and are part of the handpainted visage. There is a tag on the bottom that says "Chase Handpainted". This figure is made in Japan.
