Vintage Porcelain Mustache Mug Dove Letter Present

This is a vintage or antique mustache mug with a hand gilded dove carrying a letter or present. Hand painted floral decoration. Condition: There is a 1/8" incision on the rim by the handle (see last pic). It is a from manufacturing as it is glazed over. Some wear to gold rim.
