Vintage Popeye the Sailor Rubber and Fabric Doll

This is a vintage Popeye the Sailorman uneeda doll from 1979. The head and arms/hands are squeezable rubber, while the blue body and feet are made from fabric with some stuffing inside. There is a small white plastic closure at the neck, that looks to keep the fabric fastened to the neck. There is also a tag on a leg, but the printing is difficult to read from age. This is in average used condition. This would best be used as a vintage decorative piece, not as a child's toy.
