Vintage Pop-O Skirt with Pockets and Elastic Waistband Size Medium

Vintage colorful skirt by Pop-O. This skirt has a black background with tan, brown, teal, and purple spots. It has pockets on the side seams and an elastic waistband. It is knee-length or a couple of inches above the knee in length, depending on where you wear the waistband. It is pre-owned with one very slight pull at the bottom of the left pocket but is otherwise in excellent condition. Size vintage MEDIUM. 100% polyester. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, cool iron. Measurements: 21" long, top of waistband to bottom front 12 1/4" wide, across top of waistband (elastic will stretch) 27" wide, side seam to side seam, 12" below waistband
