probie780 That's odd, Ralph Lauren usually runs quite large. 18" would be an extra small or small for this brand. Anyway, it's too small for me, thanks for responding.

b_bridges24 @probie780 It’s vintage, so maybe the sizes have changed slightly since then! It looks like it would correspond to a modern fit size small. The material also has a lot of stretch.
