Vintage Polka Dot Long Full Sleeve Velvet Trim Maxi Georgette Dress Gypsy Folk S Probably from the late 70's or 80's Miss Lagotte is a German designer. Her style is similar to Diane Freis from the same time period. The dress has a ruffled collar with a decorated yoke in a colorful floral with velvet and metallic trim. The size is small, but the waist is smocked and elastic. The sleeves are full and button at the cuff. The skirt is lined (material on the lining is polyester). The shell appears to be rayon georgette, but I am guessing as the material label for that part is missing. Note: This has self fabric belt loops. Condition: In very good vintage condition.
