Vintage Polka Dot Dress

Vintage brand unknown mint green with white polka dots, size 12 dress. Buttons at chest and at cuffs, ties at waist, collared. One of the string belt loops is broken (at front- pictured). Some minor discoloration, in need of a washing (by hand or dry clean). Polka Dot material is sheer but the dress is fully lined. Sleeves are sheer (unlined). To me, it seems 60’s housewife style
