Vintage Polish Wooden Peg 9" Girl Doll Poland Folk

Vintage Polish Wooden Peg Girl Doll Marked "Made in Poland" on base of foot. Still has tag string attached. Height: approximately 9" tall. She can be posed to stand and arms can be moved and posed. Wooden peg doll, with handpainted face, black painted legs/feet, head has yellow kerchief (loose), but no hair. Dressed in a white blouse with black bodice, beaded necklace, cotton undergarment/slip, woven wool peasant skirt with removable apron overlay. There is some adhesive residue on the face which could be cleaned, and the kerchief could be better affixed to cover the head.
