Men's 46 is a US Large. The lining body is polyester, the sleeves insulated quilted polyester nylon. Thick canvas fabric. Corduroy collar. 50" around chest. Thick lining. 29" long from top of shoulders down. Has a lot of staining. Please see all pictures. No holes or tears. Some pilling on the wool lining. Great for hard, dirty work. Still lots of wear left. Very warm! Fading/staining on the collar.
