I love the 90s/early 2000s look about this dress! The colors are so vibrant and eye catching. It has a elastic bodice for a sculpted to you fit. Two long ties on the side so it can be worn multiple ways. The fabric is very lightweight and breathable. Could be a XS,S, or M. I love it so much but it just hits me at such an awkward length. I’m 5’2” and it hits me right at the knee cap. In great condition!
