Vintage Pleated Women's Skirt Homemade Colorful

This is a colorful skirt. It is pleated with the waist and hem making the pleats stay. It is one piece of fabric which has a wool like feel to it. There is a zipper and double hook to close it, I did the pictures with it on the side but could be placed on the back or front with not change in the look. I did not hook the hooks for the pictures but they do work fine. I see no tags and I am thinking this was homemade (well done for sure). There is no size tags but is about 31 inches long and 14 inches wide at the waist flat. It is in nice shape.
