Vintage Pleated Skirt With Stitched Down Pleats

This is a gently used vintage mid calf length pleated skirt from the late eighties in red and navy plaid. The stitched down pleats are very flattering. It came from the "womens corner" of a higher end mens clothing store that left town as office dress became more casual and people were less inclined to spend as much on clothes. The brand is Quissett Cove. Measures 14" across at waist, 20 at him where stitching ends, and is 33 inches long. Size 4 by the label.
