Vintage royal blue secretary dress. Pleated skirt with elastic waist and belt loops (the belt is mine and is not included. Sheer sleeves. Zips up along back with 2 eyelet closures at top of the neck. Waist is 13” across. Skirt length is 27” from waist to hem. Shoulders are 16” across. Sleeve is 24”. Bust is 18” across. Armpit to waist is 8”
