Vintage Pleated Dress

Vintage Good Times white midi dress with 3/4 sleeves, elastic waist, and plisse pleated, lace panel trimmed overlay top. Small dark spots on back of left arm (see last pic). Vintage size 9/10. Measured flat. Bust: 18” Waist: 12-17” Length: 41” Arm length: 19”
