80's IN THE MOOD LONDON PARIS NEW YORK sheer long-sleeved blue-stripped DRESS w/a chelsea white collar, folded white cuffs w/faux Pearl Cufflinks, fancy gold-tone front buttons, pleated bottom, & slightly padded shoulders~SIZE 14~ fits more like 12. Measured flat: 25" across shoulders, 20" across bust under arms, 13" at elasticized waistband (has give), 20" sleeve length, 46" in length. In excellent preowned vintage condition. Smoke-free home. lisamaried @urbanphoenix @jamiedschmeits this is a vintage size 14 so I would go by measurements. Vintage runs smaller so the normal size would be more a 10-12.

lisamaried @nae23pioneer @nae23pioneer the relaxed flat measurement of 13” at the waist equals 26” and it stretches up to 19-1/2” so doubles that’s 39” so I’d say yes.
