Vintage Playboy sexy strappy stiletto heels

Vintage Playboy sexy strappy stiletto leather heels. Bought at a vintage store long time ago and never wore them. Bought them thinking my feet “would grow into them”… no such luck. Condition is more consistent with age and storage and wear from a prior owner. Please see all pic. I do not see size stamp in the shoe but if I would have to guess, its 6 - 6.5 because I wear 5.5 and this pair is just too long for me. I have to select a size and I’m guessing a 6.
