Vintage Plaid Flannel Coat

I thrifted this funky plaid coat in Portland. There are no identifying size or material tags. It feels like wool, the material is almost like felt. I am 5 ft 9 and size 6, you can see how it fits in the first photo. I would say similar to a size medium. See pictures of repaired tear to right shoulder. Sleeve seams appear to have been re-stitched. 24 inches pit to pit 35 inches long
