Vintage Plaid Button Down

This is a vintage (60s/70s?) classic, simple button-down collared plaid blouse with short cuffed sleeves, gathered at the yoke. Colors include red, navy, green, and white. 6 white/pearly plastic buttons. Sturdy fabric and construction but lightweight and durable. The shirt is in great condition but the ink on the tag is nearly all worn off. The brand tag says "Mmmmmm! It's Gailord" and the care tag only says size 16 (vintage sizing - please see measurements!) and "gentle cycle". Without material info, I think it's safe to assume polyester/blend or similar.
