@nygirl3636 hello, sorry I just seen this message! To answer your questions there are no tags but this is vintage acetate blend. Dry clean only is recommended. It is currently clean & in excellent condition. The skirt lining is attached and the second is the tulle lining in addition to the standard lining to give the skirt a little fullness at the bottom. Hope that answers your questions :)
