The skirt is so cute! It is vintage 90s. I wore it to work a handful of times. No flaws at all. It's hard to tell in the 1st pic but it is white decorated with dark and light pink either polka dots or impressionist flowers (they're in-between really!). Has side zip closure. Junior's Size 3.
