It has an ornate gold tone exterior made to look like wound rope and cord, and the back also has gold tone hardware. The background of the cameo has a gradual fade from a deep Victorian pink, to a much lighter pale orangey pink. The profile is of a beautiful woman with an up-do done in white with some tinges of pink.
