Vintage Pink Formal Gown with Cape

I’m a collector of vintage dresses, and this one is just a precious piece! I tried it on in the thrift and an elderly lady told me she had a dress exactly like this one when she was a young lady (Yes I cried). This dress is just so gorgeous and so elegant, I wish it was my size! This skirt is pleated, floor-length and gorgeous, and there’s a cape that attaches at the waist with an adorable bow, and flows around the back at angle. The embroidery and little gems on the chest of the cape perfectly emphasize your collarbone. Totally perfect for dressing up, a costume, a formal dinner, or wedding! Altering is also a possibility, I bought this dress intending to alter it however never got around to it. Found at my local vintage mall. I was informed that this dress was used for movie sets (hence the lot tag!) size 18 1/2. No imperfections but please keep in mind the vintage state! #vintagedress #formal #vintage #eveningdress #dress
