Vintage Phipps Tailored Blue and Pink Flower Hat

This hat is in very good vintage condition. It is predominantly blue with pieces of pink, brown, and burgundy satin-like fabric wrapped around the hat. There is also a large blue and yellow stemmed flower with green leaves on the right side of the hat. A white hat pin (reference pictures) is included to secure the hat.This hat is sure to be a great addition to anyone's collection, especially those wishing to dress retro.
