Vintage Pewter Molds from Ice Cream Parlor, Set of 2

Just reduced; no further markdown. Set of 2 Vintage Pewter Ice Cream Parlor Molds. One is a large Lily, marked No. 354 in two places as well as “E & Co. N.Y.”. The “E” stands for Eppelsheimer Co., a well-known mold maker from 1880 to the Mid 20th Century. This vintage Lily Mold has three sections and two hinges. Unopened, it measures 4.5” wide across the head of the flower and 6” long. The smaller of the two molds, also hinged, is a sweet 2-section Rose, measuring 3”x 2.5” and is marked with the number 74. The 7 could actually be an old-fashioned 1, instead making it No. 14. Though rare, I did find two Lilies online, priced at $35 (with considerable damage), and $75. A Rose sold for $28 on the bay and I could only find one other currently for sale, asking $69. Both are early 20th century and are in great condition. The Lily is older. It has visible metal pins connecting the hinges whereas the rose does not. Hinges work great. What wonderful pieces to add to your collection, or to begin one with. And of course, use them!
