Vintage late 70’s-early 80’s plaid Secretary skirt fell Personal brand. The fabric is arranged in a way that comes to a chevron in the front and back. It sits at the natural waist and has an a line shape. There are two buttons and a zipper at the side of the waist. There is no fabric content tag but it feels like a lightweight wool/poly blend.
