Vintage Persian Painting Print Woman Micro Mosaic Marquetry Frame 8" x 12.25"

Frame is in very nice condition and has inlaid marquetry on the tops as well as the edges. The painting is under glass and it looks to have been professionally framed in 1969. The painting does look like it has some spots of wear on the white dress - not sure it it is actual wear or if it is by design as I don't see any other areas of wear on any other color (please examine photos).
