A Perry Ellis classic. Black crepe tiered skirt, lined, side zipper. Flows beautifully. Finishing detail on the edges of the tiers is an open stitch. A medium but might run a bit small since sizes in 1988 were different and more true to size. Length from waist to bottom is 23". I measured the waist as a 28". Excellent quality. Another steal at this price. Summer clean-out closet week. Color is a true black, not blue.
