Vintage Periwinkle brand dress

Vintage purple dress with multicolored stripes. Elastic waist and shoulder pads. Synthetic fabric with care instructions on tag (see picture). Elastic waist is not super tight but still has some stretch. Zippered back. Hook and eye attachment at neck (stitching for eye has come undone) Size 14
