This is a NOS Factory Sealed 3 Piece Twin Sheet Set. This set has a pretty eyelet, scalloped edge design (see close up photo). they are an Ecru shade. The factory tag lists this set as "Sophisticated Lace Ecru". Great vintage set. The outer package is intact.
